The below instructions only apply to persons summoned by the State’s Attorney’s Office for Charles County.
All defendants should appear unless otherwise instructed by their attorney. The following does not apply to defendants.

CIRCUIT COURT CASES
If your case is not mentioned, please report to the Charles County Courthouse as indicated on your subpoena. It is important to note that some determinations may not be made until the day of trial and will not be reflected on this site. Thank you for your understanding.
Witnesses and victims do not need to appear if they were summoned for the cases listed here.
