State’s Attorney Tony Covington speaking at the 27th Annual Statewide Crime Victims Memorial Service. The Annual Memorial Service unites families and friends of crime victims, victim service professionals, and public officials. The memorial services are sponsored by the Maryland State Board of Victim Services and the State’s Attorney’s Offices in each region. The State’s Attorney’s Office for Charles County hosted this years service.
