Due to Covid-19 safety concerns we are not accepting in person restitution payments.  Please submit your payment as follows:

As always, payments must be made in the form of a money order  or cashier’s check made payable to the victim. Please be sure to include your case number.

All peace and protective orders are to be filed through the Commissioner’s Office. The Commissioner’s Office is open 24 hours. Anyone who is seeking to get relief through a [peace or] protective order should enter the Commissioner’s Office from the exterior entrance. Petitioners will be instructed from that point as to when, where and how the hearing will be held.
