Tony Covington, State’s Attorney for Charles County, presents his office’s Special Service Award to Mark Walls of the world renowned Walls Bakery located in Waldorf. The award is given to individuals who have gone above and beyond the ordinary call of duty to support the State’s Attorney’s Office and the community.
